This is my latest venture: Running Research Junkie. Its a blog I started as I was getting tired of reading so much nonsense online about running, running shoes, running biomechanics and running injury. I wanted to take a real evidence based approach and not one based on rhetoric and propaganda that you see on so many other websites and blogs devoted to running. I already had a go at the overpronation myths, the whole concept of natural running and what I though on a book about Chi running. I broke the Vibram Class Action update story!
I am flattered by the attention it gets and the following it has. Too many loons o take down and myths to demolish!
